1. 명사가 아닌 것을 문장에서 명사처럼 쓰이게 하거나 ‘이다’ 앞에 쓰일 수 있게 할 때 쓰는 표현.

1. -N GEOT: An expression used to enable a non-noun word to be used as a noun in a sentence or to be used in front of '이다' (be).

🗣️ Usage Example:

승규가 빌려 간 것은 소설책이다.
What seung-gyu borrowed is a novel.
이 편지는 젊은 시절 아버지께서 어머니께 쓰신 것이다.
This letter was written by my father to my mother in his youth.
담배는 건강에 해로운 것이니 끊는 것이 좋습니다.
